Due to the limited quantities of my items, exchanges or returns can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. you're sent the wrong item or the item received is damaged or defective).
If any of your items you receive are damaged, please send me an email with a photo and brief description of the damage. I will get back to you as soon as possible to work with you to fix your order.
Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received. Please make sure to ship your item properly to prevent any damage on its way back to me so that I can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email me at contact @ greenish-blue-glass.com within 5 days of receiving the package with all relevant information. I cannot guarantee an exact copy of an item, as most of the products are original and made by hand.
If you would like to return an item, please email me at contact @ greenish-blue-glass.com within 5 days of receiving the package & include your order number in the subject. The item(s) must be in unused condition.
Refunds will be credited back to your account in the original payment method, about 3 days after I process the return.
